Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Lead specializing in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain to join a large-scale enterprise implementation currently in progress. This role will be responsible for leading the functional workstream during a transition from an incumbent Systems Integrator and ensuring continuity of project delivery through go-live. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics processes within complex manufacturing and distribution environments. This individual will work closely with executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and implementation partners to validate designs, manage risks, and drive successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Transition & Leadership Lead functional transition activities from incumbent implementation partner. Review and assess existing solution design documents, configuration decisions, gaps, risks, and open issues. Participate in executive and steering committee discussions. Provide leadership and direction to functional consultants and business analysts. Establish workstream governance and issue management processes. Supply Chain & Warehouse Management Lead configuration and validation of: Warehouse Management (WMS) Inventory Management Procurement & Sourcing Transportation Management Quality Management Vendor Collaboration Replenishment Strategies Mobile Warehouse Processes Advanced Warehousing Validate end-to-end supply chain business processes including: Procure-to-Pay Inventory Planning Warehouse Operations Distribution & Logistics Intercompany Transactions Project Delivery Support design validation and solution optimization. Identify opportunities to leverage standard Dynamics 365 functionality. Lead conference room pilots and user acceptance testing activities. Support integration testing and data migration validation. Assist with cutover planning and go-live readiness reviews. Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops with business leaders and process owners. Translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience. 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. Multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. Deep expertise in: Warehouse Management Inventory Management Supply Chain Management Procurement & Sourcing Distribution Operations Experience taking over in-flight ERP implementations. Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills. Experience supporting large enterprise deployments. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Manufacturing industry experience. Multi-site warehouse operations experience. Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
