From: James Smith, Yochana Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title- RPA Business Analyst Location San Antonio, TX- USA- Need Local only Duration Long Term Contract Well versed with RPA development cycle, overview on Automation Anywhere 360, Log file validation, task type tracking, issue resolution, manage end to end project deliverable Responsible for analyzing and capturing business processes and understanding their expectations and align Robotic automation exception accordingly Prepare support documents such as PDD (Process Design Document), test document, detailed process map using business modeling tools, change management, control planning, user manual, and other process related documents Coordinate development activities and evaluate and report on project performance to the stakeholders Responsible for providing support post implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and delivery of change requests. Design a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) business case and refer to the problem base of the analysis performed. Participate in program governance and periodic Steerco meeting with clients Manage program/engagement escalations and provide timely guidance for issues/risk remediation Lead communications with the client sponsors and executive stakeholders to determine project feasibility and project requirements Oversee project performance and program status with key project stakeholders to assess progress, critical actions, Risk, Issues & Decisions (RAID). Review and appraise performances of direct and indirect team members based on their defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Plan, manage, and oversee resource requirements for upcoming projects and Approve resource assignations per project requirement and skill/role fitment Provide employee hiring plans by staffing levels and ensure resource optimization (termination/separation/transfer) based on new project/client/location requirements Approve resource contingency based on gap analysis for pipeline resource requirements and available resource pool Work with internal training team to define domain specific/leadership training needs for direct/in-direct team members and respective project-based team Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure code quality during the implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution thereby meeting the client standards Work with the business team to resolve functional/business issues related to Robotic process automation Participate in the complete RDLC (RPA Development Lifecycle) by implementing new features in a incremental way using Scrum, Agile and CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) methodologies.
