This role drives integrated release planning, code compilation, assembly, deployment orchestration, testing coordination, environment readiness, and governance to ensure seamless delivery, operational stability, and compliance with enterprise standards across complex transformation initiatives. Core Responsibilities Integrated Release Planning & Coordination Coordinate and plan releases across multiple integrated platform release plans. Ensure dependencies, sequencing, scope alignment, and milestone commitments are effectively managed across all participating teams. Technical Scope Analysis Analyze the technical nature of incoming code changes to determine deployment packages, cross-platform impacts, dependency alignment, and target environments. Infrastructure Prerequisite Planning Identify, plan, and coordinate mandatory infrastructure changes, including: AWS cloud configurations Port connectivity Firewall adjustments PostgreSQL database scripts MuleSoft API configurations Ensure infrastructure readiness to support transformation releases. Tech-Stack Deployment Coordination Oversee coordinated deployments across diverse platforms. Ensure precise execution sequences for Salesforce components, integration layers, middleware, and backend databases. Transformation Release Governance Establish and manage release governance for large transformation initiatives. Conduct readiness reviews, integrated cutover checkpoints, and Go/No-Go decision support activities. Provide stakeholder communication throughout the release lifecycle. Risk & Issue Management Define, track, and proactively mitigate release-related risks, issues, dependencies, and critical deployment blockers across the integrated delivery landscape. Release Calendar Management Own and manage the integrated release calendar. Define release scope, timelines, milestones, and interdependencies for all delivery cycles. Environment Strategy & Management Identify, map, and allocate testing and deployment environments supporting: QA SIT UAT Staging Production Ensure environment readiness and availability throughout the release lifecycle. Enterprise Compliance & Change Management Raise required change tickets. Maintain audit readiness. Track approvals in alignment with enterprise governance and change control standards. Shared Environment Coordination Negotiate environment usage. Resolve environment conflicts. Secure deployment windows with stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts across programs and platforms. KPI Tracking & Leadership Reporting Establish, monitor, and report release KPIs and health dashboards. Provide leadership visibility into readiness, risks, deployment outcomes, and improvement opportunities. Success Metrics Release Success Rate: Percentage of deployments completed successfully without rollbacks or critical production incidents. Deployment Lead Time: Total time required from code freeze to successful production deployment. Incident Resolution Time: Speed and effectiveness in resolving active blockers during release windows. Environment Availability: Ability to minimize unexpected downtime, scheduling conflicts, and idle time across shared environments. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of: AWS infrastructure Network security concepts, including firewalls and ports Salesforce deployment processes PostgreSQL databases MuleSoft runtimes Professional Experience 10+ years of experience managing software releases within structured enterprise delivery, release management, or DevOps environments. Change Governance Hands-on experience with enterprise change and release management tools such as: ServiceNow Jira Remedy Environment Management Proven ability to manage complex environment landscapes and coordinate shared resource scheduling across teams. Stakeholder Management Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with the ability to align stakeholders and secure deployment windows across shared environments.
