Job Title: Problem Management Analyst Location : Austin, TX - Onsite Type: Contract (C2C/W2) Duration: Long term JOB DESCRIPTION: Partner with the Problem Management Lead to convert reactive incident data into proactive, systemic improvements across the organization. This role owns the analytical foundationvalidating, categorizing, and identifying patterns across incident and PIR datato ensure prevention initiatives are driven with speed, accuracy, and impact. Strong analytical mindset with experience in incident/problem management environments Reporting & Narrative Development: Proficient in Tableau dashboard creation.
