Sr. GIS with eSRI - Senior GIS Support Analyst
Location: 30 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11217, United States - Hybrid

Job Summary
Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
Technical Skills - Must Have
Account administration and troubleshooting
Administration and testing of Enterprise GIS and database projects
Application administration and support (Application Support Analyst)
ArcFM
ArcGIS Desktop / ESRI ArcMap
ArcGIS Developer and ArcGIS > ArcMap experience
ArcGIS Server administrator (deploy and administer ArcGIS Server sites)
ArcGIS Server, Portal and ArcGIS Enterprise deployment experience
Maintenance of GIS software including ArcGIS and ArcSDE
Nice to Have
Experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier support
2nd level customer support experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Solutions architecture experience
Customer support experience
Electric utilities / energy and utility experience
Gas utilities experience
Assignment / Responsibilities
Provide development and technical support to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS systems and applications.
Develop minor enhancements using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
Support ConEd landbase applications, including new development and troubleshooting requests.
Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS Server sites.
Monitor system performance and perform tuning activities.
Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
Coordinate with other teams such as server support, security, and DBAs.
Provide ticket status updates to the client SME and perform troubleshooting/problem resolution for enterprise application end users.
Support hours: flexible between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, with weekend rotation as required.
Required Skills / Experience
5-10 years of experience administering, supporting, and developing ArcGIS applications.
5-10 years of experience administering and supporting ArcFM applications.
Development and coding experience with Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and .NET (C#).
Experience deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS Server sites.
Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning for GIS systems.
Experience publishing services and administering roles/privileges.
Ability to coordinate with server support, security, and DBA teams.
Ability to understand requirements, support the team, and share best practices and lessons learned.
Additional Skills
Utility industry experience (preferred) to enhance GIS solutions.
Windows Server knowledge and experience.
FME experience for GIS landbase activities.
