Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Engineer Location: Remote / Hybrid, Dublin, OH Experience: 10+ Years Duration: Contract Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Financials and Controlling (FICO) and hands-on experience with SAP BRIM integration. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP finance processes, S/4HANA, and integrations with FI-CA and RAR while leading complex enterprise implementations and support initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Design and implement finance solutions to support enterprise business objectives. Lead SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and production support activities. Provide expertise in SAP financial integrations across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Support SAP BRIM integration with Finance, FI-CA, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR). Configure and support Digital Payments Add-On (DPA). Design and maintain DMEE Trees and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) configurations including BAI2 and MT940 formats. Support EDI integrations, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. Mentor junior SAP team members and provide technical leadership. Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Required Skills: 10+ years of SAP FICO experience. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SAP BRIM experience. SAP BRIM integration with Finance, FI-CA, and RAR (Mandatory). SAP FICO Configuration. General Ledger (GL). Accounts Payable (AP). Accounts Receivable (AR). Fixed Assets (FA). Product Costing. Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Order-to-Cash (O2C). DMEE Tree Configuration. EBS (BAI2 and MT940). EDI Configuration and Testing. Preferred Skills: SAP S/4HANA Central Finance. SAP Digital Payments Add-On (DPA). Leadership and Team Mentoring. Full Lifecycle SAP Implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
