Validation of SDLC Control failures Automation and development of test script and population extraction Prioritizing testing schedules based on inhernt risk, financial materiality." Role Descriptions: Portfolio Compliance Specialist Defines and enforces the project management framework (eg. Agile| Waterfall| Hybrid) that all business units must follow. Facilitates critical Go/No-Go checkpoints if project fails to meet compliance| quality or data standards. Identifies financial red flags early| analyzing programs are over-budget or failing to realize their project Return Translate project data into clean dashboards. Developing structured test scripts and testing methodologies to evaluate PMO controls. Reviewing financial records to ensure capital and operational expenditures.
