Streamline financial processes, supporting capital expenditure analysis, and delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting that enables informed decision-making.Strong accounting and FP&A experience needed, excelling in SAP and Excelbased analysis, and communicates financial insights clearly to business partners. Manufacturing experience is required, with medical device industry experience strongly preferred. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support the FP&A team with monthly reporting, analysis, deliverables, and ad hoc requests Build and maintain financial forecasts, collaborating with managers and functional teams to identify and explain key drivers and changes Pull and analyze actuals data from SAP to support AOP comparisons, forecasting, and management reporting. Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key trends Create and maintain Excel-based analysis using SAP downloads, including pivot tables and advanced formulas Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, and analysis Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy to enhance efficiency and decision-making Provide financial analysis and reporting support for the Minnesota Grant, including headcount and capital tracking and forecasting Execute ad hoc financial analysis and support accounting- and finance-based special projects Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly reports Provide coverage for other finance team members as needed and complete additional assignments as requiredRequired Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting 6+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, and financial analysis Manufacturing industry experience required (medical device experience strongly preferred) SAP experience is required, including pulling and analyzing detailed financial data. We are working with SAP kernel 051 (BMP).
