The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Revenue Management, and end-to-end O2C business processes. This role will be responsible for designing target-state Oracle Fusion solutions, driving implementation activities, ensuring successful data migration and integrations, and supporting post-go-live stabilization while adhering to Oracle Fusion best practices.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion O2C solution design and implementation for Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud transformation programs. Assess current-state Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash processes and define future-state Oracle Fusion architecture. Design and implement solutions across: Oracle Order Management Cloud Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing and Invoicing Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition Pricing and Order Fulfillment Drive Lift-and-Shift migration strategies while identifying opportunities to adopt Oracle Fusion standard capabilities. Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to align business processes and system requirements. Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design documentation. Oversee system configuration, SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities. Coordinate data migration validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning. Design and review integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise systems using web services and middleware platforms. Ensure compliance with Oracle Fusion implementation standards, governance, and best practices. Support post-go-live stabilization and transition activities with AMS and support teams. Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams and business stakeholders.Required Qualifications 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes. 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience. Proven experience leading Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion migration projects. Strong expertise in: Oracle Order Management Cloud Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) Oracle Revenue Management Oracle Advanced Pricing Billing and Invoicing processes Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes including order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and Web Services. Strong knowledge of data migration, cutover planning, testing, and deployment methodologies. Ability to engage with executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Knowledge of Oracle SaaS SCM ecosystem. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications preferred.
