Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless LAN solutions across office and industrial environments. Conduct predictive and onsite wireless surveys, RF analysis, and wireless coverage optimization. Design and implement Aruba and Cisco wireless solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex Wi-Fi issues including authentication failures, interference, roaming issues, and performance degradation. Create and maintain Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for Wi-Fi, NAC, and related network services. Produce accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) for wireless deployments, upgrades, and refresh initiatives. Support wireless lifecycle management including hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and capacity planning. Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and platform teams to define requirements and deliver scalable wireless solutions. Travel to client locations as required to conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment wireless surveys. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless and Cisco Wireless technologies. Strong expertise with Aruba ClearPass including 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, device profiling, and role-based access control. Deep understanding of RF fundamentals including channel planning, power optimization, interference mitigation, and wireless design. Experience with Wi-Fi standards including Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7. Expertise using wireless survey tools such as Ekahau and Hamina. Experience with Cradlepoint or similar 5G-enabled networking platforms. Strong knowledge of enterprise controllers, cloud-managed wireless platforms, and policy engines. Ability to analyze network performance, wireless analytics, and incident trends. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
