Drive the evaluation, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (including Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Margin Analysis where applicable). Provide technical and functional leadership across New General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Lead cross-functional integration designs between SAP FICO and Logistics (MM/SD), Production (PP), HR, and external banks/tax authorities. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum of 1012 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with at least 35 years acting in a Lead or Solution Architect capacity. Lifecycle Delivery: Proven track record of leading at least 23 full-lifecycle global SAP implementations, including at least one major SAP S/4HANA migration/greenfield implementation. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP), consolidation, standard costing, and global tax compliance. Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, and Intelligent Technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, AI/RPA in finance). Strong understanding of integration technologies ( EDI, IDOCs, ALE, OData APIs). Familiarity with ABAP debugging, standard SAP enhancement frameworks (BAdIs, User Exits), and SAP Fiori application design. Experience with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC). Preferred Certifications SAP Certified Application Associate / Specialist SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates. TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a massive plus.
