Position: CGT Manufacturing Consultant Location:: San Francisco, CA (Onsite Role) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced CGT Manufacturing Consultant to lead the strategy, development, scaling, and operational excellence of Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) manufacturing digital products. The ideal candidate will drive product roadmap initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, support agile delivery practices, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities Define, manage, and execute the CGT manufacturing product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Support process development, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation initiatives within Cell & Gene Therapy environments. Facilitate PI Planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and roadmap governance activities. Establish and monitor KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) metrics. Ensure compliance with GxP, ISMS, quality, and regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional Agile/SAFe teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct stakeholder workshops, gap assessments, business process reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Collaborate with vendors, technology teams, and business partners to manage integrations and solution delivery. Provide governance oversight for product performance, operational efficiency, and compliance adherence. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership teams. Required Skills Strong experience in Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT), Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences manufacturing environments. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks. Deep understanding of GxP, ISMS, regulatory compliance, and quality management processes. Experience in product management, product ownership, and roadmap planning. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing budgets, operational governance, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Knowledge of manufacturing systems, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
