This role owns the analytical foundationvalidating, categorizing, and identifying patterns across incident and PIR datato ensure prevention initiatives are driven with speed, accuracy, and impact. Strong analytical mindset with experience in incident/problem management environments Reporting & Narrative Development: Proficient in Tableau dashboard creation.
