http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3419211&uid=1164f7424c4d42b2a19ea4dea69f8b4c From: Ashu Gupta, valzosoft [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role:- IBM Sterling Integrator MFT Location: Chicago, IL ~ Dallas, TX/Hybrid Responsibilities Manage and support MFT platforms (Axway Secure Transport and/or IBM Sterling Integrator) Configure and maintain file transfer protocols, including SFTP, AS2, FTPS, and HTTPS Lead end to end partner onboarding, including connectivity setup, trading partner configuration, file routing and validation, testing, and production deployment Ensure secure data exchange in compliance with enterprise and regulatory (HIPAA) standards Monitor file transfers, troubleshoot failures, and ensure SLA adherence Perform incident management and resolution (ServiceNow) with a focus on reducing MTTR Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging for proactive issue detection Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data exchange requirements Drive automation of onboarding and operational processes (COLA initiatives) to reduce manual effort Support continuous improvement in reliability, performance, and scalability of MFT operations Required Skills: Hands-on experience with MFT tools (Axway Secure Transport and/or IBM Sterling Integrator) Strong knowledge of SFTP, AS2, and other file transfer protocols Experience with partner onboarding and production support environments Understanding of EDI transactions (X12) and secure data exchange Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile environments Experience in healthcare data exchange / HIPAA compliance Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting for onboarding Exposure to cloud-integrated MFT solutions (Azure, GCP) Understanding of SLA-driven operations and monitoring frameworks Skills: HIPAA ~ Micorosft Dynamics AX 2012 Administration ~ ServiceNow ~ Digital : IBM Sterling Commerce OMS Ashu Gupta Valzo Soft Solutions Sr. Technical Recruiter Phone:+1 (678)-528-9516 Email: [email protected] Keywords: information technology Illinois Texas IBM Sterling Integrator MFT [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3419211&uid=1164f7424c4d42b2a19ea4dea69f8b4c |
