About the Role: We are seeking a visionary ServiceNow Principal Solution Architect to drive the strategic design, end-to-end implementation, and governance of our enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem. In this leadership role, you will take full ownership of aligning business requirements with technical architectures across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. You will define the roadmap for clean CMDB designs using CSDM frameworks, lead complex multi-cloud discovery patterns, and engineer resilient integrations with enterprise monitoring tools. As a technical leader, you will enforce elite coding standards, ensure data privacy compliance, and lead engineering teams to achieve digital transformation excellence. Key Responsibilities: Implementation Leadership: Architect and steer complex, end-to-end ServiceNow product rollouts, managing platform governance and seamless major platform upgrades. ITOM Engineering: Architect and optimize deep Discovery paths, dependency Service Mapping rules, and Event Management workflows across on-premises setups and Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure). CMDB & CSDM Governance: Standardize core configuration assets by applying rigorous Common Service Data Model (CSDM) design rules to safeguard data lineage. Enterprise Integration: Build scalable infrastructure connections via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph Connectors to sync data with Splunk, Dynatrace, and Active Directory. Platform Security: Enforce strict platform security parameters utilizing precise Access Control Lists (ACLs), Role-Based Access Control, and global data privacy & compliance standards. Innovation Delivery: Implement advanced AIOps automation models and interactive Virtual Agent (Generative AI) workflows to accelerate incident remediation cycles. Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Act as the strategic liaison to engage with senior business stakeholders while actively coaching, mentoring, and leading the internal development team. Essential Skills: ServiceNow Core Architecture: Over a decade of deep, hands-on design and coding expertise across foundational IT workflows (ITSM/ITOM). Complex Multi-System Integration: Proven expertise wiring ecosystem event pipelines, cloud providers, and log monitoring data directly into a unified platform. CSDM Framework Execution: Practical experience structuring relational enterprise mapping tables using the newest ServiceNow data blueprints. Desirable Skills: Cross-Module Familiarity: Foundational exposure to supplemental workflows such as Governance, Risk, and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) or Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) is a distinct advantage.
