Key Responsibilities: Agentic Architecture Design: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, multi-agent autonomous systems and robust backend frameworks natively in Python. Framework Orchestration: Code, refine, and maintain advanced agent behaviors, memory states, and decision-making pipelines using the LangChain Framework library. Protocol & Tool Integration: Program, configure, and optimize Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and add custom, domain-specific tools to active AI agents to expand their execution capabilities. Algorithm Innovation: Research, test, and implement creative software ideas to continuously optimize agent reasoning, latency, and accuracy paths. Code Quality Governance: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code while performing routine debugging and performance evaluation of model interactions. Essential Skills: Advanced Python Engineering: Complete technical mastery of the Python programming language, asynchronous processing patterns, and data structures. LangChain Production Experience: Proven hands-on track record configuring complex agentic tools, memory schemas, and chains within the LangChain ecosystem.
