The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Education Cloud implementations, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to architect end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices. Salesforce Education Cloud consultants are expected to design, implement, and optimize solutions that support student lifecycle processes and institutional objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Architecture Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and system design Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud (EDA / Student 360) Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines Define data models, integrations, security frameworks, and governance standards 2. Implementation & Delivery Support data migration from legacy systems (SIS/CRM platforms) Lead full lifecycle implementations discovery design build UAT go-live Configure Salesforce (Flows, Objects, Security, Automation, Reports) Implement Education Cloud data model and student lifecycle processes Ensure adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices 3. Stakeholder & Client Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs Drive adoption through training, change management, and UAT support Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams 4. Technical Leadership Mentor junior consultants, developers, and analysts Lead development teams and provide architectural guidance Define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and quality assurance 5. Integration & Data Management Build and maintain ERDs and documentation for Education Cloud implementations Design integrations with Student Information Systems (SIS), Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and third-party tools Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance standards 6.
