The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and modern Salesforce platform technologies. This role requires excellent technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Build and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) applications and portals. Develop and optimize Apex classes, Apex triggers, and asynchronous processing solutions. Implement trigger frameworks and ensure proper bulkification to meet Salesforce governor limits. Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices. Support CI/CD processes and automated deployment strategies across Salesforce environments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining system performance and reliability. Required Qualifications: Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Salesforce platform development. Strong understanding of trigger bulkification, collections, governor limits, and Salesforce best practices. Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce Flows. Strong experience building integrations using REST and SOAP web services. Experience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools such as SFDX, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of DevOps best practices and release management processes.
