The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Vendor Management, MRP, and SAP WM processes while leading cross-functional business and technical teams. Required Skills & Experience SAP MM 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 8+ years focused on SAP MM. Strong hands-on experience with: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Purchase Requisitions (PR) Purchase Orders (PO) RFQ and Quotation Management Contracts and Scheduling Agreements Source Lists and Vendor Evaluation Release Strategies and Workflow Configuration Inventory Management (IM) Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV) Account Determination Batch Management and Split Valuation Material Master and Vendor Master Subcontracting and Consignment Processes Material Requirements Planning (MRP) SAP WM Strong hands-on SAP WM experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments. Expertise with: Warehouse Structure Configuration Storage Types, Sections, and Bins Putaway and Picking Strategies Transfer Orders and Transfer Requirements Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting Handling Unit Management (HUM) Storage Unit Management (SUM) RF Scanners and Mobile Data Entry SAP Console and RF Framework Barcode Integration Warehouse Automation Integration Intercompany and Intracompany Stock Transfers Integration Experience Strong integration experience with: SAP FI SAP PP SAP SD SAP QM SAP PM SAP Ariba Experience supporting end-to-end Source-to-Pay and Supply Chain processes. Configure and support warehouse management processes including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, and inventory control. Lead workshops, fit-gap sessions, and solution design reviews with business stakeholders. Define and maintain source lists, vendor evaluation processes, procurement workflows, and release strategies. Support warehouse mobility initiatives including RF devices, barcode scanning, and mobile warehouse solutions. Collaborate with Finance, Production Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless business process integration. Support MRP planning, inventory optimization, and warehouse efficiency initiatives. Develop functional specifications and work closely with development teams for enhancements and integrations. Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support. Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, inventory controls, and reporting requirements. Mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional project discussions.
