Please find the job details below and forward me your updated resume along with your contact details to [email protected] Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Philadelphia, PA/ Piscataway, NJ (Onsite) Locals only Duration: Long term Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear stakeholder management and communication across all project phases. Create and maintain detailed documentation including: Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) User Stories and acceptance criteria Work closely with IT teams to support development and ensure requirements are clearly understood. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with business goals. Support testing activities including UAT by validating delivered solutions against requirements. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
