Day to Day: Hands on Development and Integration work in React/Gravitee Supports business stakeholders across Accounts Receivable and Client Management teams Highly collaborative, involving coordination across multiple internal IT teams (Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, Infrastructure) Top 3 Skills: React development Experience developing a custom client-facing portal Gravitee - Gravitee is an open-source API Gateway and full-lifecycle API Management Platform designed to Manage APIs, event streams, and agentic AI systems. (Screening tip: If candidates dont have Gravitee specifically, prioritize API Gateway experience (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway) + strong React portal work.) Nice to Have: Oracle database Java development Experience contributing to finance products, or understanding finance-facing tools (invoices, customer portals, etc.) Past contractors that have worked on MedImpact client-facing tools before, that would be great. Questions to ask candidates: Can you walk me through a client-facing portal youve built in React or Angular What was the use case and how did users interact with it Have you worked with Gravitee or another API gateway How did you integrate front-end applications with APIs through that layer If you were asked to replace a legacy FTP-based invoice delivery system, how would you redesign it using modern tools Overview MedImpact is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (React/Gravitee) to support the development of a modern, client-facing portal used for delivering invoices to external customers. This initiative is a high-priority modernization effort to replace legacy, FTP-based delivery systems with a secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital experience. This role will play a key part in designing and building a new solution that integrates with existing MedImpact client portals and backend systems.
