Exposure to Databricks, data warehouses/lakehouse, and Python is a plus. Key Responsibilities Analyze large insurance datasets: Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, Risk, Regulatory reporting. Develop, validate, and present reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Translate business questions into actionable queries and analytical outputs. Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and offshore teams to deliver results. Represent the delivery team onsite and communicate effectively with clients.Required Skills Insurance domain knowledge. Strong SQL and Excel skills; BI visualization experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing capabilities. Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.
