http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3422744&uid=75385198e574454385dbadbb54c1710c From: Priyanshi Baghel, Vyze inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Sr. Quality Analyst Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania (Remote with occasional travel) Linkedin Needed Key Responsibilities Define and implement overall QA strategy, standards, and best practices Lead test planning, estimation, and execution for SIT, UAT, and E2E testing Manage and mentor QA team members (manual, automation, performance) Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Vendors Responsible test case design, execution, and defect management and retest Drive test automation strategy, coverage tracking, and ROI Ensure traceability (RTM) between requirements and test cases Facilitate defect triage meetings and prioritize defects Monitor and report quality metrics, test progress, and risks Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and documentation standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and defect prevention Manage test environments, data readiness, and release quality gates Understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Design and execute test cases (manual and/or automated) Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Log, track, and retest defects with proper documentation Participate in daily stand-ups and QA activities Validate data, UI, and system behavior Assist in test data preparation and environment validation Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases Support automation execution (if applicable) Collaborate with developers on defect analysis and resolution Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, SAFe,) Experience with test management tools (ADO, Jira, etc.) Hands-on or oversight experience in automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, UiPath) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage onshore/offshore teams and vendors Experience in large-scale enterprise systems (e.g., SAP/S4HANA) nice to have Experience: QA/QC: 5 years (Required) Keywords: quality analyst user interface information technology Sr. Quality Analyst [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3422744&uid=75385198e574454385dbadbb54c1710c |
