Job Responsibilities Work with product teams to design innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience, with the ability to conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Handle a multitude of projects and work with a number of teams within ServiceMaster. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong knowledge of some protoyping or design software to create mock websites Photoshop/Illustrator/ Axure or similar Education and Experience Requirements Two or more years of UX or UI design experience for software, web applications or mobile platforms Strong conceptualization ability Able to produce such deliverables as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies Uses analytics, research and experimentation to form solid testable interfaces that can improve customer experience and balance the needs of the business Strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication Preferred Skills/Education Bachelors Degree Portfolio/Samples would be greatly preferred Relevant Skills: Software/Technology Years of Experience Date Last Used(MM/YYYY) Total IT Exp. Total UX Design Exp. Total knowledge of some protoyping or design software to create mock websites. Total Exp with Photoshop/Illustrator/ Axure or similar. Total Exp producing such deliverables as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
