Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer Location : Chicago IL (Onsite) Looking local to Chicago candidates Job Description We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure services, cloud infrastructure, and data platform components. Required Technical Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Event Hub Blob Storage Key Vault Data Lake Cosmos DB Azure Function Apps Azure Databricks Understanding of cloud architecture, security, and scalability principles. Experience in deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting Azure resources. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices is preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Azure cloud solutions. Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and platform services. Monitor application and infrastructure performance. Implement security best practices using Azure Key Vault and related services. Collaborate with development and operations teams for cloud adoption and optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues. Good to Have Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM Tool). Knowledge of IT service management processes. Exposure to automation and scripting tools. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent are an advantage.
