About the Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished, Dallas-based Senior Salesforce Developer & Integration Architect to lead the technical design, customization, and integration of our enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. In this role, you will perform complex backend coding and frontend development primarily across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud landscapes. You will be responsible for defining the system landscape, identifying architecture gaps, and executing high-impact technical initiativesincluding Salesforce organization merges, heavy API integrations, and converting legacy Visualforce setups during Classic to Lightning migrations. Key Responsibilities: Core Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex Salesforce Flows. Integration & Event Architecture: Build secure integrations with external business systems using APIs, Named Credentials, and Event-Driven Architecture (Platform Events, CDC) under an SOA framework. Migration & Org Merges: Lead strategic Salesforce Classic to Lightning migrations and execute technical Salesforce org merges while maintaining data quality. Platform Configuration: Optimize the platform using custom objects, record types, validation rules, Workflow Alerts, and Approval Workflows. Security & DevOps: Enforce the Salesforce security model through granular profiles, roles, and permission sets; manage automated deployments utilizing Copado. Data & System Optimization: Build custom Apex Web Services, write optimization scripts, and perform large-scale data migrations using Data Loader and SQL. Essential Skills: Mandatory Certifications: Must hold active Platform Developer I (PDI), Platform Developer II (PDII), Administrator, and App Builder certifications, alongside Sales or Service Cloud credentials. Advanced Programming Depth: Expert-level coding proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and database query scripting (SQL/Oracle). Integration Mastery: Extensive background connecting disparate business tools directly to Salesforce instances from scratch. Desirable Skills: Consulting Exposure: Technical consulting background within an enterprise-scale professional services firm is highly preferred.
