About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical Senior SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG) Analyst to oversee the integrity, architecture, and governance of our enterprise master data. In this technical role, you will take full ownership of designing and implementing data maintenance workflows, business validation rules, and governance policies within our SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. You will ensure consistent data synchronization across the enterprise, managing data structures for critical domains, and optimizing supply chain and manufacturing data lifecycles to support scalable business operations. Key Responsibilities: Data Governance & Architecture: Architect, configure, and maintain technical master data models and replication rules using SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG). Data Quality Enforcement: Design and implement automated validation rules, data profiling tasks, and governance workflows to enforce absolute data accuracy and consistency. Cross-Functional Lifecycle Management: Manage, structure, and audit technical data objects, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams on Bill of Materials (BOM), Product Data Management (PDM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments. Data Migration & Integration: Lead data cleansing, mapping, and conversion activities during large-scale enterprise data migration initiatives. Database Querying: Write and execute complex SQL scripts to audit database tables, perform root-cause analysis on data defects, and reconcile target environments. Essential Skills: SAP S/4HANA MDG Depth: Minimum 5 years of core technical experience designing, deploying, and supporting SAP MDG solutions. Master Data Integrity: Strong practical background managing material, vendor, customer, or financial master data domains in complex systems. Process Mapping: Ability to translate complex corporate data compliance policies into automated ERP system workflows. Desirable Skills: Manufacturing Domain Acumen: Hands-on familiarity with physical product manufacturing data dependencies, routing configurations, and cross-platform PDM/PLM systems.
