About the Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Functional Lead to drive the strategic design, customization, and delivery of our enterprise wealth and banking platform. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will define the system landscape, map operational gap analyses, and implement technology-enabled business solutions. Serving as the core bridge between corporate business units and IT engineering teams, you will execute rapid prototypes, author specialized user stories, and own the functional configuration of our Salesforce architecture to support growth across our financial services ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Landscape & Solution Design: Define the Salesforce system landscape, identify structural gaps between current and target end-states, and deliver end-to-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Discovery & Stakeholder Management: Lead executive discovery sessions to gather, interpret, and refine complex functional and technical requirements with business and IT partners. FSC & Experience Cloud Engineering: Write detailed user stories and configure workflows aligning directly to the native product capabilities of Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud. Prototyping & Administration: Execute quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) on the existing Salesforce implementation and perform routine platform administration functions. Integration & Data Governance: Provide functional oversight for high-volume data migration tasks and bidirectional upstream/downstream system integrations. Testing & Release Coordination: Actively coordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases; formulate comprehensive testing and training strategies. Project Documentation: Create explicit project artifacts including process flows, communication matrices, user training collateral, release notes, and test scripts. Global Delivery Management: Drive seamless daily progress reporting and handle cross-border onsite-offshore coordination to ensure milestone completion. Essential Skills: Mandatory Certifications: Must hold active Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud certifications. Financial Domain Acumen: Deep functional background tailoring Salesforce platforms natively within the Banking and Financial Services sector. Functional Work-Stream Leadership: Proven track record acting as a functional lead or work-stream lead for large-scale enterprise software deployments. Desirable Skills: Advanced Certification: Holding an active Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant credential is highly preferred.
