Title: - : Technical Trainer with D365 Duration: -6 Months. Location: - 100%REMOTE(EST preferred) Visa: - All but no H1B/OPT/CPT This person will serve the Training and Development team. There are 4 individuals in-house that create and administer the training. These 4 people have no D365 knowledge. We are looking for a subject matter expert to guide the team on HOW the training should be created and communicated to people in order to make the learning experience the best experience possible. If this person can train or can create Instructional Design, great, but not required. More than anything, they should be able to communicate to the Vector team the best approach for teaching an end user D365. Looking for experience with F&O, CRM, Field/Customer Service and Marketing. As much as you can find with all of them. Realistically, they wont be masters of all, but we dont want someone who is "only a F&O SME" or "only a CRM SME".
