Analyze eCommerce customer journeys, site performance, and conversion drivers to identify optimization opportunities across merchandising, checkout, and personalization. Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, and ensure SFCC configurations align with business requirements and release goals.
