Work closely with management, other engineers, and architects to provide input on best practices and provision resources within Azure. Assist in the maintenance and implementation of VDOTs Azure Cloud environment Work with developers, solution architects, system architects, project managers, DBAs, management, and other engineers to utilize Azure offerings in an efficient, secure, and optimized fashion Provide guidance on best-practices with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings Participate in off-hours work as needed Assist with additional non-Azure related efforts in our Windows-based environment Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers. Ability to develop, interpret and apply policies and procedures in an IT environment. Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple projects and teams of a complex and technical nature.
