Salesforce support experience is a bonus. What You'll Do Support and troubleshoot Workday Financials (primary focus) and Salesforce. Provide production support for enterprise applications and integrations. Monitor systems, data feeds, and integrations to ensure smooth operations. Investigate and resolve application, data, and integration issues. Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow. Support user access, security roles, and platform administration. Work with business users, developers, and vendors to resolve issues. Assist with application releases, upgrades, and maintenance. Create and maintain support documentation and SOPs. Improve monitoring, automation, and operational processes. Must-Have Skills 58 years of Application Support / Production Support experience. Strong experience supporting Workday Financials (or Workday HCM). Experience with: Workday Integrations EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Custom Reports Scheduled Processes Ability to troubleshoot Workday integration errors and warnings. Incident management and production support experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Salesforce Administration or Support. Workday Studio. Workday custom validations. SQL. AWS. Tableau or BI tools. ITIL knowledge. Financial Services domain experience.
