Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals for online banking platforms Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows Develop and support Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) based Experience Cloud sites Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Genesys Cloud, Hogan, and other enterprise systems Configure Experience Cloud Analytics to track customer engagement and behavioral insights Implement and manage Salesforce security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and OWD Collaborate with Technical Review Boards (TRB) and participate in architecture/design reviews Follow Salesforce development standards, code review processes, and best practices Support Agentforce integrations and AI-driven customer experience initiatives Troubleshoot Platform Events, governor limits, performance issues, and data integrity concerns Develop and maintain unit tests with strong code coverage Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD-based deployments Required Skills: 10+ years of Salesforce Development experience Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Flows, and LWR Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and enterprise middleware solutions Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment strategies Experience integrating Salesforce with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and external platforms Banking and Financial Technology domain experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance models Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Note: This email and any attachments are confidential and may contain privileged information intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed.
