Position: Performance Tester Location : Tampa, Florida (Remote) Duration : Long Term Job Responsibilities: Job Title Performance Test Lead Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8 to 10 years Technical/Functional Skills Hands-on experience in enterprise level Performance Test tools like, but not limited to Jmeter, LoadRunner. - Basic knowledge and understanding of APM's like Splunk , Datadog, Azure AppInsight. - Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs, requirements and expectations around critical factors such as response time, throughput, transactions/second, concurrent users, CPU utilization, memory, disk, network utilization, thread counts, connection pooling, hit ratios, etc. Roles & Responsibilities - Identifies and implements solutions (hardware and software) for improvement of the high-quality Performance Testing infrastructure. - Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. - Responsible for driving Performance Testing adoption and governance at the enterprise level. - Responsible for enabling Performance Testing in DevOps cycle - Responsible to define and implement test Performance Testing strategy including roadmap, tools, framework and approach across application product teams. - Drive technological execution of the recommended Performance Testing solution roadmap across project teams. - Participate Ability in Design and Architectural reviews of proposed Performance Testing solutions at enterprise level. - Hands-on experience in enterprise level Performance Test tools like, but not limited to Jmeter, LoadRunner. - Basic knowledge and understanding of APM's like Splunk , Datadog, Azure AppInsight Generic Managerial Skills Ability to perform and communicate at different levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and having good situational awareness Strong presentation skills Strong leadership skills Strong experience in stakeholder and expectation management Strong situational awareness skills Strong organizational skills Strong collaboration skills Strong experience working with various stakeholders to build, socialize and gain consensus on testing strategies Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have some project Management and coordination skills Key words to search in resume Lead, Performance, Agile, Test Strategy If you are interested, please share the below details.
