The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot configuration, Power Platform, and user enablement while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.Required Skills 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot administration and enablement Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Virtual Agents Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive administration Understanding of Microsoft Purview, security, and compliance controls Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesKey Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across the enterprise. Manage Copilot deployment, licensing, user access, and adoption initiatives. Develop governance policies and best practices for the secure use of M365 Copilot. Design and support business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business requirements. Configure and administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive services. Manage users, groups, permissions, and access policies using Microsoft Entra ID. Monitor platform usage, performance, and adoption metrics, and recommend improvements. Troubleshoot issues related to Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, data governance policies, and audit requirements. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
