About the Role: We are seeking a highly meticulous Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant to manage, design, and govern security profiles across our enterprise global SAP landscape. In this critical technical role, you will take full operational ownership of user access provisions, role structural modifications, and risk mitigation parameters within SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and BW4 database environments. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of SAP GRC modules, troubleshooting high-priority access tickets using ITIL methods, and partnering with auditing teams to maintain an absolute, compliant corporate identity and access management framework. Key Responsibilities: Role & User Administration: Design, build, test, and maintain secure user profiles and role-based access configurations across the SAP S/4HANA platform. Fiori & Analytics Security: Implement and optimize security policies tailored specifically to SAP Fiori tiles and BW4 business warehouse landscapes. GRC Platform Support: Govern daily maintenance and compliance tasks across core SAP GRC frameworks, specifically ARA, BRM, ARM, and EAM modules. Ticket Management Operations: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming technical security entries (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests) within designated timelines. Change Management Integration: Execute structured, transparent system changes following official authorization rules, utilizing Change Request Management (ChaRM) controls. Compliance Collaboration: Partner closely with internal application teams, security stewards, and external auditors to support security validation and process compliance goals. Essential Skills: SAP S/4HANA Security Depth: Strong practical experience structuring role parameters, catalogs, and enterprise authorization fields inside modern S/4HANA systems. SAP GRC Troubleshooting: Proven hands-on capability managing emergency fire-fighter IDs, running segregation of duties analysis, and designing compliance workflows. ITSM Process Familiarity: Competency tracking system defects, organizing escalations, and documenting root-cause fixes under ITIL best practices. Desirable Skills: Release Management Mastery: Direct experience managing configuration transports and landscape software synchronization routines using SAP Solution Manager ChaRM.
