Testing Expertise in SAP SD o Strong in OTC business process o Contract Management ( Billing plans / pricing /Output determination, Revenue Recog) o 3rd party processes o Rush Order process o Service Order process / P.O Process. o Delivery & Billing. o Pricing o Return Process o EDI process o Integration testing SAP MM -FI Support to automation team about SAP functionality Excellent communication skill with experience in client interactions Managing daily on-site operations such as head counts and employee check-ins. Conducting daily shift startup meetings with your crews. Ensuring employees are setup in the clocking system. Performing daily audits. Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure strong communication including safety meetings. Developing and maintaining relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues. Produce requested management reports for both client and Management of Epic personnel.
