About the Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Azure DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to lead the architecture, automated provisioning, and operational resilience of our enterprise cloud infrastructure. In this business-critical role, you will design and deploy highly available, containerized applications across a Centralized Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environment. You will be responsible for building automated software delivery pipelines, enforcing zero-trust cloud security controls, and establishing proactive telemetry networks. Merging advanced DevOps infrastructure automation with core SRE principles, you will eliminate performance bottlenecks and guarantee the absolute stability of our production applications. Key Responsibilities: Azure Infrastructure Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud topologies utilizing Azure Front Door, Key Vault, APIM, and Application Gateway. CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Develop and optimize automated build, test, and container deployment pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and Gradle. Infrastructure as Code Execution: Provision, version, and orchestrate complex cloud resources repeatably using Terraform configurations. Kubernetes Orchestration: Manage microservices container runtimes using Docker and govern enterprise clustering within a Centralized AKS model. Observability & Telemetry: Implement end-to-end monitoring, logging matrixes, and real-time alerting systems using Dynatrace and Azure Monitor. Security & Encryption Governance: Enforce data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption, security guardrails, and compliance controls across all cloud environments and integration pipelines. SRE & Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot systemic infrastructure errors, optimize resource performance parameters, and run high-availability frameworks aligned with SRE principles. Technical Leadership: Partner cross-functionally with application teams and DevOps squads, leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineering personnel. Essential Skills: Azure Enterprise Engineering: Documented technical mastery deploying high-traffic, multi-region application architectures inside Microsoft Azure. Advanced Container & IaC Orchestration: Expert-level capability managing production AKS mesh topologies and writing modular, state-managed Terraform code. Pipeline & Build Optimization: Extensive hands-on background managing continuous testing and deployment automation using enterprise GitHub repositories. Desirable Skills: Cloud Architecture Certification: Active credentials such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly valued.
