This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founding team and help shape the architecture, infrastructure, and future direction of the product. As a key member of the engineering team, you will design and develop platform capabilities, GitOps workflows, multi-cluster Kubernetes solutions, and automation tools that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Build and enhance core platform components using Go and Kubernetes. Develop custom Kubernetes operators and controllers. Design and implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD. Build Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and Helm. Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments. Implement observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana. Work with container networking technologies such as Cilium. Design scalable multi-cluster and federated Kubernetes architectures. Develop automation tools to streamline deployment and infrastructure operations. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and security. Contribute to open-source initiatives and cloud-native best practices. Required Qualifications 2+ years of software development or platform engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Go (Golang). Experience with ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with containerization technologies and cloud-native architectures. Understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with distributed storage platforms such as Ceph or WEKA. Knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or Kubespray. Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd. Familiarity with CNI plugins and Kubernetes networking. Contributions to open-source projects or Kubernetes ecosystem tools.
