Location #1: Santa Clara, CA - 100% onsite Location #2: Burlington, VT 100% onsite Position: Product Test Engineer Duration: 12+ month contract Domain: Semiconductor Interview: 1 video conference interview Summary Senior Product/Test Engineer ASIC & Custom Processor We are seeking experienced engineers from Product Engineering, Product Test Engineering, ASIC Product Engineering, or Custom Processor Product Engineering backgrounds. Strong candidates will have experience at leading semiconductor companies such as Intel, AMD, or IBM. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute ATE test solutions, characterization plans, and data analysis to validate product yield, performance, and reliability. Drive product characterization, yield analysis, reliability testing, and quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle. Leverage DFT methodologies to identify failure mechanisms, establish test margins, and optimize manufacturing quality. Collaborate with design, DFT, operations, reliability, and customer teams to define and implement effective test strategies. Support product ramp and manufacturing readiness for high-volume ASIC and custom processor products Required Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 510 years of experience; or MS/PhD with 35 years of experience. Background in ASIC or Custom Processor Product Engineering, Product Test Engineering, or Test Solutions Engineering. Strong experience with: Product characterization Data analysis Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Design for Test (DFT) Semiconductor manufacturing Yield analysis Reliability testing Quality engineering ASIC or processor development Solid understanding of semiconductor processes, test methodologies, quality, reliability, and DFT. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
