This role involves leading a team, defining AI strategy, and delivering scalable ML/GenAI solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead end to end design and delivery of AI/ML solutions (NLP, GenAI, predictive models, CV). Define AI/ML architecture, frameworks, and best practices. Build and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers. Drive model development, evaluation, tuning, and deployment at scale. Implement MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, model governance). Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases. Oversee integration of ML models into enterprise systems using APIs/microservices. Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and model explainability. Stay updated with advancements in AI, especially Generative AI and LLMs. Required Skills Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (Scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LLMs, LangChain, Vector DBs). Hands on with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP. Strong knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with big data technologies: Spark, Hadoop. Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data modeling.
