You will be a part of delivering technical solutions for improving the overall quality of product build, deployment, release, and monitoring with an emphasis on process adherence, team enablement, operational oversight, and support coordination. Day to day you will : Manage the planning and execution of deployment activities Design and implement CI / CD pipelines Design and implement tools required to facilitate the CI / CD pipelines Setup development, UAT, staging, training, demo and production environments Ensure configuration, code, and data propagates to target environments are in an orderly fashion Provide developer training to ensure consistency in deployment workflow Establish and govern the release process including guidelines for all releases Support merge conflicts and clean-up source control in collaboration with the developers It would be amazing if you have : 2+ years of Salesforce Development experience 5+ years professional experience in Salesforce development as a Salesforce Release Manager, DevOps Engineer, or related Expertise in Salesforce deployment methodologies : Change Sets, Metadata, Source, Unit Tests etc. Experience with 1 or more DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Flosum, Ant Migration tool, SFDX, etc.) Expertise with branching strategy, change control and environment strategy. Extensive knowledge around challenging salesforce deployment and version control topics Knowledge and understanding of the latest trends in DevOps methodologies, processes, and tools, as well as emerging solutions and the ability to apply them when appropriate Nice to have : 1+ Salesforce DevOps certifications.
