Job Title: IT Project Manager / Program Manager (LIMS Experience Preferred) Duration: 6+ Months Location: Wickliffe, OH (29400 Lakeland Blvd, Wickliffe, OH 44092) Rate: $50/hr C2C Must Local only and 4 day/week onsite Key Responsibilities: Manage IT and business projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Track project tasks, milestones, risks, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with Operations, IT, business teams, and vendors. Prepare project status reports, executive updates, and KPI tracking. Oversee implementation of IT systems, integrations, and platform upgrades. Support change management, user training, and communication activities. Ensure project documentation, financial tracking, and governance are maintained. Drive collaboration across teams to meet project goals and timelines. Required Skills: Strong Project/Program Management experience. Experience managing enterprise IT implementations. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Industrial environments preferred. Nice to Have: LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) or ELN implementation experience. Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams. Looking for a Project Manager with strong IT delivery experience and preferably a background in Manufacturing and/or LIMS projects.
