Duration: 9 months or Must LinkedIn profile picture on that profile We are hiring a Senior NetSuite Analyst contractor to help administer, configure, test, support, and train users on a new NetSuite solution. This role will work closely with IT, NetSuite System Implementor, and all business departments, from accounting to warehouse operations and more. The ideal candidate must bridge technical and business conversations, explain how NetSuite supports business processes, teach users how to use the system effectively, and help drive adoption during implementation and post-go-live support. This is a hands-on senior analyst role requiring strong NetSuite functional knowledge, system administration experience, business process understanding, and the ability to support configuration, testing, documentation, training, issue resolution, and ongoing improvement. Must-Have Criteria Screening Requirements Only submit candidates who meet all of the following: 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite in an administrator, functional analyst, business systems analyst, implementation consultant, or similar role Hands-on experience supporting or participating in at least one NetSuite implementation, major enhancement, or post-go-live stabilization effort Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite configuration, roles, permissions, forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and basic system administration Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into system configuration or enhancement requests, and supporting testing and deployment Experience supporting finance, order management, inventory, procurement, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or related business processes in NetSuite Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, analytical thinking, and ownership mindset Ability to support system testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, issue resolution, and business process validation Ability to teach, instruct, support, and answer questions for both IT teams and business users Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders, implementation partners, IT teams, and leadership Bachelors degree required in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field Available to work hybrid in St. Louis, MO, with up to 3 days per week onsite Strongly Preferred NetSuite Administrator Certification, SuiteFoundation Certification, ERP Consultant Certification, or other relevant NetSuite certification Experience with NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, WMS, Fixed Assets, or SuiteAnalytics Experience in manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, field service, or multi-location operations Experience working with implementation partners, managed service providers, or system integrators Experience supporting integrations between NetSuite and CRM, warehouse management, eCommerce, EDI, banking, tax, reporting, or iPaaS platforms Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, custom records, custom fields, CSV imports, role-based security, and approval workflows Exposure to SuiteScript or ability to work with developers on scripted customizations, even if not personally coding Experience with change management, training documentation, standard operating procedures, and end-user support Key Responsibilities Help administer and support a new NetSuite environment during implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, implementation partners, and business leadership to support business process and system needs Teach business users how to use NetSuite effectively and explain system functionality in clear, practical terms Support NetSuite configuration activities, including forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and approval processes Participate in implementation workstreams across finance, procurement, inventory, order management, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and related business areas Assist with system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing Help create, execute, and validate test scripts, test scenarios, expected results, and defect resolution Triage NetSuite issues, investigate root causes, document findings, and coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners Support data validation, data cleanup, CSV imports, master data reviews, and reconciliation activities during implementation and ongoing operations Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration changes, enhancement requests, and supportable system solutions Maintain NetSuite documentation, including configuration notes, process flows, support procedures, training materials, and issue resolution guides Support end users through training, troubleshooting, adoption support, and post-go-live hyper-care Monitor system controls, role security, approval workflows, and segregation of duties considerations Evaluate enhancement requests and help prioritize work based on business value, operational impact, risk, and implementation complexity Help establish scalable NetSuite administration practices, governance, documentation, and support processes Kind Regards, Arvind Kumar| Absolute IT [email protected] Keywords: information technology golang card Missouri Senior NetSuite Analyst at St. Louis, MO (Local only) [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3444678&uid=3e9159be79b54084af20ac74ec8505c0 |
