Microsoft Fabric Power BI Experience is Mandatory We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect / Senior Developer to lead Power BI and Microsoft Fabric initiatives, guide development teams, and deliver enterprise-scale BI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead new Power BI and Microsoft Fabric implementations Enhance and support production reporting environments Troubleshoot and resolve BI platform challenges Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions Define and implement BI architecture aligned with target-state roadmap Guide and mentor existing BI developers Review deliverables and ensure best practices are followed Train and upskill development teams Manage report security, access controls, and data connectivity models Drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI best practices Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service) Microsoft Fabric (Mandatory) DAX Power Query (M) Data Modeling Data Warehousing (Star Schema, Fact & Dimension Models) ETL / ELT Processes Azure & Cloud Data Platforms APIs & Data Integration Tools Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong experience creating enterprise Power BI reports using Microsoft Fabric Expertise in data architecture and BI solution design Ability to translate business requirements into immersive dashboards and reporting solutions Experience with security models, governance, and report access management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience leading BI teams and reviewing technical deliverables Knowledge of modern data platform architecture and analytics best practices Note: This email and any attachments are confidential and may contain privileged information intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed.
