The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and supporting the development and implementation of systems related to trading, securities, risk management, settlements, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams during project delivery. Analyze front-office, middle-office, and back-office workflows. Support projects related to: Equities Fixed Income Derivatives (Futures & Options) FX (Foreign Exchange) Commodities Trade Lifecycle Management Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test case preparation, and defect management. Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. Support system implementations, upgrades, and data migration activities. Collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors. Required Skills Capital Markets Knowledge Trade lifecycle understanding: Order Management Trade Execution Clearing Settlement Reconciliation Knowledge of financial instruments: Equities Bonds Mutual Funds Derivatives Structured Products Understanding of market regulations and compliance requirements.
