At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams in complex, matrixed organizations. Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or major business initiatives. At least 2 years of IT portfolio and customer relationship management experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II or higher) required. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, change management, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated success driving agile maturity, improving team velocity and predictability, and coaching teams through organizational change. Preferred Qualifications Advanced agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PMP. Experience working in government or other highly regulated environments. Experience supporting agile transformation initiatives across enterprise teams.
