Job Title: QA Engineer Inventory Management Location: Chicago, IL (Local Candidates Only) Job Summary: We are seeking strong QA Engineers with hands-on experience in Inventory Management systems, preferably within the Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Retail Pharmacy domain. The ideal candidate should have experience validating inventory workflows, performing end-to-end testing, and supporting physical device testing in a customer lab environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for inventory management applications Validate inventory processes including receiving, replenishment, stock transfers, cycle counts, returns, and inventory reconciliation Execute testing for pharmacy-related workflows and inventory systems Conduct physical device testing in customer lab environments Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams Support UAT, production validation, and release testing activities Ensure quality standards and testing best practices are followed throughout the SDLC Required Skills: Strong QA / Software Testing experience (7+ years preferred) Hands-on experience with Inventory Management systems Experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Retail Pharmacy, or Supply Chain environments preferred Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing Defect Management and Test Documentation Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing handheld devices, scanners, POS systems, or inventory-related hardware Automation testing exposure is a plus Important: Candidates must be local to the Chicago area. Physical device testing will be performed in a customer lab; onsite presence is required. Only strong and genuine profiles with relevant inventory management experience will be considered.
