The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes, financial products, and capital markets operations. Required Skills 7+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge. Experience with Trade Lifecycle (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office). Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Bonds, or FX products. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation. Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Process Flows. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work with business users and technology teams to define solutions. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation. Support trade lifecycle analysis and process improvements. Perform data analysis and validation using SQL. Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure successful delivery. Support production issues, change requests, and enhancement initiatives. Preferred Skills Knowledge of IBOR/ABOR concepts. Experience with investment banking, asset management, or wealth management projects. Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance processes. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools.
