Additionally, as the IT Analyst, you'll facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and Business subject matter experts to capture relevant insights while also reviewing the artifacts you produce to validate the completeness and accuracy of the content. This role would also be responsible for the capture and upkeep of KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics, as necessary.
